About

Pete is an applied forest ecologist interested in evaluating forest regeneration, developmental dynamics, and plant physiological responses to global change. His research focuses on forest adaptation, regeneration ecology, functional ecology, forest management effects on ecosystem function, and assessments of silvicultural strategies like tree planting (e.g., forest assisted migration) for conferring adaptation and mitigation potential within the context of global change.
