Read our latest ASCC manuscript in Bioscience

In late 2025, ASCC published a manuscript led by Dr. Linda Nagel in Bioscience titled, “Ten Years of Adaptive Silviculture for Climate Change: An Applied, Coproduced Experimental Framework.”

This manuscript provides examples of how the ASCC Network advances the field of climate adaptation through application of the RRT framework, and highlights how outcomes from ASCC experimental treatments can inform management actions. Through the manuscript, we discuss the ways in which ASCC exemplifies timely, practical, and scientifically rigorous application of climate adaptation actions while fostering manager–scientist collaboration.
